The "Rize Youth Rising: Empowering Solutions for Work and Wellbeing" project aims to empower young people in Rize, Turkey, to address socio-economic challenges such as high youth unemployment, NEET disconnection, and future anxiety through non-formal learning and civic participation. The main objectives are to equip 40-60 youth with employability, digital, and resilience skills; facilitate youth-led policy advocacy for economic inclusion and mental well-being; and promote diversity by prioritizing disadvantaged groups like NEETs and young women. By implementing the project, we seek to foster active citizenship, reduce brain drain, and create sustainable youth engagement in the Black Sea region, aligning with EU Youth Goals on inclusion, employment, and participation.
