The correct and effective use of drug therapies, an essential component of modern healthcare, is subject to various challenges due to physicians' limited time and distractions. These challenges can lead to misuse of medication and serious health problems. “SafeScript: Smart Medication Management System” aims to reduce errors in the prescribing process and improve medication safety. Using artificial intelligence (AI) and deep learning techniques, this system automatically analyzes drug-diagnosis compatibility, drug-drug interactions, allergic reactions and age-related dosage adjustments. These analyses play a major role in making the prescribing process safe and effective. The applications of the project will be realized through AI-powered algorithms. First, the system will analyze physicians' prescriptions in real time, detecting possible errors and suggesting necessary corrections. These analyses evaluate the compatibility of drugs with the diagnosis, their interaction potential and patient-specific allergy information using deep learning models. Secondly, the system provides guidance to physicians during the prescribing process, helping them make more informed drug choices. Thirdly, the AI-powered system is integrated with pharmacies, ensuring that medicines undergo a final safety check before being taken by the patient. The expected outcomes of the project include reduced drug-related health risks, increased time and cost savings in the prescribing process, and overall improved patient safety and drug treatment efficacy.The project will be progressively tested through deep learning models and AI algorithms and continuously improved with feedback.These processes are critical to ensure the stability and reliability of the system before wide-scale deployment.
