This study aims to
determine the association between the Covid-19 virus, which affects the world,
and chronic diseases. In the analyzes made with the data anonymized by the
Mexican government, the co-changes between the chronic disease state and
death/intubation status of Covid-19 patients was determined. In the study, one
of the association analysis methods, the apriori algorithm was used. In
conclusion, it can be said that the patient's death status is associated with
the patient's male, diabetes, copd, inmsupr, cardiovascular diseases, and the
patient being diagnosed with pneumonia. In addition, it was observed that the intubation
state and the patient's diabetes, copd, asthma and renal chronic diseases move
together, while in the case of pneumonia, the association between having
chronic renal disease and intubated status disappears.
