Özet:

In this thesis, a very user-friendly designed tool that performs most secure block cipher algorithms, such as the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), DES, 3DES, and RC2, which are all suitable for application on many platforms, was developed to encrypt/decrypt files and texts securely against all known attack types. Four of the best encryption software, which are TrueCrypt, AxCrypt, Folder Lock, AESCrypt, are evaluated and compared with this project. In this program, there is also a transposition cipher for text encryption/decryption. Cryptographic algorithms' (AES, DES, 3DES, RC2, hash function, transposition cipher) mathematical features, plaintext, ciphertext, blocks, key length, round number, round transformation and the layers that perform this transformation, and the key generation algorithm are all presented in terms of encryption and decryption. The modeling programming language C # is used. The C # programming language is preferred because it has more advanced features than others in terms of operators, providing bit-level operation in engineering applications and speed.
