Abstract

Social Events Intervention Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TOMHA); Supporting the operational activities of the security forces at the point of intervention in social events, expanding their areas of dominance, pre-detection and rapid intervention of events that may disrupt social peace; aims to provide with the new unmanned aerial vehicle technologies developed. Scope areas of the designed TOMHA system; It includes intervention in social events, maintaining order in local governments, defense in military operations, reconnaissance and attack activities, inspections organized for the benefit of the public, AFAD and service areas, forest fire detection and intervention, public order operations. TOMHA can display autonomous flight features by communicating via the MAVLink protocol with the pixhawk flight control card and the jetson nano artificial intelligence development card. At the same time, it is a drone that can carry out the process of dispersing these enemy elements by marking the enemy elements determined by scanning the images obtained during the flight by the developed artificial intelligence and activating the ammunition firing system. For manual use, it is controlled via the remote using the RC communication channel. TOMHA has a flight time of 13.6 minutes, a thrust of 4.45G, and the ability to travel 4993 meters at a current speed of 78 km in optimum conditions
