Aile içi şiddet, kadına karşı şiddet ve çocuk istismarı maalesef gündemimizi meşgul etmeye devam eden konulardır. Herkesin vicdanını sızlatan elim hadiselerin ardı arkası kesilmemekte, failler ise şiddetin dozunu artırmaktadırlar.
Kanun koyucu, bu şiddetin son bulması, faillerin gereği gibi cezalandırılması için gereken tedbirleri almaya çalışmakta ise de getirilen çözüm önerileri halihazırda çözüm olamamaktadır. Mevcut durumda şunu söylemek mümkündür: "Kadına Yönelik Şiddet ve Aile İçi Şiddetin Önlenmesi ve Bunlarla Mücadeleye Dair Avrupa Konseyi Sözleşmesi (İstanbul Sözleşmesi)" ve bu minvalde tanzim edilen "6284 sayılı Ailenin Korunması ve Kadına Karşı Şiddetin Önlenmesine Dair Kanun" kadını ve aileyi koruyamamış, şiddeti önleyememiş, ya mevzuat ya da mevzuatın tatbikatı önleyememiştir.
Bu eser, konunun etraflıca tartışıldığı ve şiddetin herkes için nasıl önlenebileceği, huzurlu ailelerin nasıl tesis edilebileceğine yönelik arayışın neticesinde ortaya çıkmıştır. Çeşitli verilerle harmanlanan bu eser farklı ve köklü çözüm yöntemleri önermektedir.
Unfortunately, domestic violence, violence against women and child abuse are issues that continue to occupy our agenda. The sad events that make everyone's conscience hurt are not stopped, and the perpetrators increase the dose of violence.
Although the legislator is trying to take the necessary measures to end this violence and punish the perpetrators properly, the proposed solutions are currently not a solution. In the current situation, it is possible to say: "Council of Europe Convention on Preventing and Combating Violence Against Women and Domestic Violence (Istanbul Convention)" and "Law No. 6284 on the Protection of Family and Prevention of Violence Against Women", which was issued in this vein, failed to protect women and families, could not prevent violence, either the legislation or the application of the legislation could not prevent it.
This work has emerged as a result of the search for how the issue can be discussed in detail and how violence can be prevented for everyone and how peaceful families can be established. This work, which is blended with various data, proposes different and well-established solution methods.
