Özet

This research introduces an enhanced method for multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) that combines decomposed fuzzy sets with AHP and the distance based COBRA methods. Decomposed fuzzy sets, which extend traditional fuzzy sets by breaking down membership functions into components that individually capture different aspects of uncertainty and vagueness, allow for a more detailed and accurate representation of imprecision in decision criteria. Initially, we utilize AHP method to establish the most suitable weights for every criterion, guaranteeing a fair and carefully justified assessment procedure. Afterwards, the COBRA technique is used to guide the decision-making process between choices, choosing the best option by reducing the distance to the perfect solution. By utilizing thorough case studies, this method showcases its efficiency and strength, offering a dependable structure for addressing intricate decision-making obstacles with improved understanding and assurance.
