Özet
The emergence of new technologies that focuses on the Cognitive Internet of Things (CIoT) and Cloud computing reveals arouse modern method for control Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic globally. Their use has proved effective in managing the pandemic by exploiting huge amount of data brought about with the use of IoT and cloud-based storage. Their implementation has provided various advantages like collection of huge data, scalability, real-time monitoring, and diagnosis by protecting the training model and application. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models has really help in the analysis of this huge generated data, and thus facilitate accuracy diagnosis of COVID-19 outbreak patient. AI enabled CIoT-based system has been used to make a better decision and resolve complicated challenges. Despite the application of various ML and AI techniques to expose symptoms for COVID-19 diagnosis and forecasting and integrated comprehension of huge AI and ML continue to be challenges. As a result, the development and use of the Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) concept provides a solution in these responses, where rule-based approaches are ideally suited for explanatory reasons. As a response, this section will go through the application of XAI enabled CIoT for COVID-19 pandemic and future pandemic. The chapter discusses the challenges and prospects of using eXplainable AI enabled CIoT in COVID-19 pandemic for forecast and diagnosis. A framework was proposing for the use of XAI enabled CIoT in fighting COVID-19 outbreak. and in the healthcare system generally. AI enabled CIoT-based system can be used to make a better decision and resolve complicated challenges. During the COVID-19 pandemic, both XAI and CIoT-based systems can be utilized to concentrate on a wide range of diseases, their causes, interactions, and prevention.
