Abstract

Background: Microwave heating has been shown to be an invaluable technology for medicinal chemistry and drug discovery applications. Recently, it has been used for heterocyclic synthesis increasingly. This review article shows a work on the synthesis of coumarin derivatives by microwave-assisted heating.
