Özet

Introduction-Purpose: Epidermoid cysts are tumors of ecto-
derm origin that develop from epithelial remnants of the neural tube
during its closure. They are rare benign tumors that can occur in dif-
ferent localizations[1]. In this report, we present a case of a patholog-
ically diagnosed epidermoid cyst located in the 4th ventricle, which
is a rare form of intracranial cystic lesions, with imaging findings.
