Türkiye’nin birçok yerinde olduğu gibi Hatay’da da âşıklar yetişmiş ve beslendikleri kültürel havzanın birikimiyle âşıklık geleneğinin örneklerini vermişlerdir. Hatay’da yetişmiş âşıklardan biri de daha önce literatürde adına rastlamadığımız İbrahim Lek’dir. İbrahim Lek, Hatay’ın Kırıkhan ilçesine bağlı Delibekirli köyünde yetişen âşıklardan biridir. İbrahim Lek’in oğlunun adı kaynaklarda şairliğiyle geçse de bu konuda babası oğlu kadar şanslı olamamıştır. Buradan hareketle çalışmanın amacı; İbrahim Lek’in hayatı ve edebi kişiliği hakkında bilgi vererek tespit edilen şiirlerini literatüre kazandırmaktır. Bu kapsamda Millî Kütüphane El Yazması ve Nadir Eserler Bölümü Yazmalar Koleksiyonunda Aşık İbrahim Lek adıyla 06 Mil Yz Müs 134 yer numarasıyla kayıtlı olan Latin alfabesiyle kaleme alınmış defterdeki şiirler ve ayrı bir kitapta oğluna ait şiirler arasında yer alan âşığın 1 adet şiiri çalışmaya dahil edilerek bu şiirler şekil ve muhteva açısından incelenmiştir. Eldeki defter ve araştırmalarımız neticesinde âşığın hayatı hakkında birtakım bilgilere ulaşıldığı gibi şiirlerinin içeriği de incelenmiş, bu inceleme neticesinde âşığın şiirlerinde ele aldığı on adet konu tespit edilmiştir. Hece vezniyle şiirlerini kaleme alan İbrahim Lek, şiirlerinde ele aldığı konularla duygu ve düşüncelerini açık, anlaşılır, sade bir dille ifade etmiş, sanat anlayışını, dünya görüşünü bu ürünlerle yansıtmayı başarmıştır. Çalışmanın “Ekler” kısmında âşığın defterde yer alan şiirleri yazıldığı sıraya göre verilmiştir.
As in many places in Türkiye, minstrels were also trained in Hatay and gave examples of the minstrel tradition with the accumulation of the cultural basin they were nourished by. One of the minstrels who grew up in Hatay is İbrahim Lek, whose name we have not come across in the literature before. İbrahim Lek is one of the minstrels who grew up in Delibekirli village of Kırıkhan district of Hatay. Although the name of İbrahim Lek's son is mentioned in the sources with his poetry, his father was not as lucky as his son in this regard. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to give information about İbrahim Lek's life and literary personality and to bring his poems to the literature. In this context, the poems in the notebook written in Latin alphabet, which is registered under the name Aşık İbrahim Lek with the place number 06 Mil Yz Müs 134 in the Manuscripts Collection of the National Library Manuscript and Rare Works Department, and 1 poem of the minstrel, which is among the poems of his son in a separate book, were included in the study and these poems were analyzed in terms of form and content. As a result of the notebook and our research, some information about the life of the minstrel was reached, and the content of his poems was examined. Consequently, ten subjects that the minstrel dealt with in his poems were identified. İbrahim Lek, who wrote his poems in syllable meter, expressed his feelings and thoughts in a clear, understandable, simple language with the subjects he dealt with in his poems, and managed to reflect his understanding of art and world view through these products. In the "Appendices" section of the study, the poems of the minstrel in the notebook are given in the order in which they were written.
