Özet

Maximum power point tracking (MPPT)

algorithms, which are used in photovoltaic systems and provide

a great increase in energy efficiency, and a technique used to

obtain the maximum amount of power from solar panels by

constantly monitoring the optimum operating point of the

panels, which changes depending on environmental conditions.

There are many methods of this technique used to optimize the

energy output of solar panels. In our study, the incremental

conductivity (IC) MPPT algorithm, which is one of these

methods, was used in the photovoltaic DC-DC boosting

converter system and its design and application were made in

MATLAB/Simulink. As a result of the study, the efficiency was

obtained at around 96% with the contribution of the

incremental conductivity algorithm to the system.
