Abstract

Objective: Pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) is a clinical condition that can be lethal unless promptly diagnosed and treated. The objective was to evaluate the significance of scrum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in the diagnosis of PTE.
