Özet

Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignancy that originates from the intraepidermal ductal portion of the eccrine sweat gland. Porocarcinoma is commonly found in elderly persons and most common located in the lower exremities. It usually occurs on the preexisting lesion of benign eccrin poroma. The treatment is widely local excision. Here we report of a73 years old man diagnosed with eccrin porocarcinoma that develop on the gluteal region.
