Özet

Introduction: Transuretral resection of prostatectomy is difficult often impossible in the presence of penile prosthesis Transurethal resection with large resectoscopes and transperineal-uretral resection are the treatment modalities in these patients. This is the first case performing and discussing VLAP as an alternative treatment option, which both treatment options couldn't be performed.
