Özet
This study examines Rayleigh surface-wave propagation in a rotating magneto-thermoelastic semiconductor half-space under hydrostatic initial stress and pulsed laser heating. A multi-dual-phase-lag heat-conduction model represents delayed heat-flux and temperature-gradient responses, while Hall-current and magnetic-field effects are included through generalized Ohm's law. Harmonic analysis reduces the coupled displacement-temperature equations to a sixth-degree attenuation equation and a Rayleigh secular equation. Numerical results for silicon show that magnetic-field intensity and initial stress increase phase velocity and penetration depth while reducing dissipation. Hall current and laser-pulse duration decrease penetration and increase attenuation and specific loss, whereas rotation raises phase velocity and dissipation but lowers penetration depth. Sobol and Morris analyses identify magnetic-field intensity and initial stress as dominant for phase velocity, while rotation, pulse duration, and thermoelastic coupling control attenuation, penetration depth, and loss. The model recovers DPL, Lord-Shulman, Fourier, and classical elastic limits.
