With the rapid development of science and technology, distance education has become one of the preferred formations all over the world. The main reason for this transformation can be shown that 21st century skills such as creativity, problem solving and critical thinking cannot be developed in students through activities such as listening, watching and reading, which constitute a large part of learning in the classroom and take a lot of time. In addition, as another important advantage of preferring distance education, it can be shown that it contributes to the elimination of the limitations of the developed curriculum with the learning offered in face-to-face environments. In this case, the sustainability and applicability of STEM education, which has been integrated into the curriculum with the aim of raising literate individuals for the 21st century, can be attributed to distance education. How it will contribute is a point of discussion. Preschool is a critical period for raising individuals targeted by STEM education. In this period, the engineering design for the STEM approach practices contribute significantly to the development of positive attitudes towards STEM disciplines and STEM professions in the future. Especially since the basis of the structural and dramatic games used in pre-school science teaching is design, the integration of engineering discipline with science and mathematics disciplines has an important potential in reaching the goals of preschool programs. In addition to all these, it poses a problem for preschool teachers and experts such as "How will this integration be achieved?" and "How will this be achieved through distance education". For this reason, how to integrate engineering education into the pre-school period should be adequately explained, introduced, and engineering design-based activities should be prepared, and hints should be given on how to realize this process with distance education. In this study, it was tried to explain how to integrate engineering education in distance education to preschool and suggestions were made to both the experts in this field and the educators.
