Following his engineering education at Istanbul Technical
University, Doğukan ÖZTÜRK graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in
2022, which he started in 2018. During this period, he completed Anadolu
University International Relations (English) undergraduate program in 3 years.
ÖZTÜRK, who worked as an assistant in a law office during his student years,
started his public service as a civil servant at Ankara University in 2022 and
was assigned to the National Center for
the Sea and Maritime Law as a researcher. On March 13, 2022, he received a full score of
100 in the field of English Social Sciences in the YÖKDİL foreign language
exam. In September 2022, ÖZTÜRK started his Master's Degree at Hacı Bayram Veli
University, Department of Public Law, Division of International Law, and in
2023, he was appointed as a Research Assistant to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan
University, Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law, Division of
Constitutional Law. ÖZTÜRK, who is originally from Trabzon, is married.
